This Privacy Policy explains how Aero Acquisition ("we", "us", "our") collects and uses your personal information when you contact us through this website. We are the "data controller" of that information under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

When you fill in our contact form or message us on WhatsApp, we collect the details you choose to give us, which may include:

• Your name
• Your business name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Any message or information you send us

We do not collect any of this information unless you actively send it to us.

2. How we use it

We use your information only to:

• Reply to your enquiry and answer your questions;
• Discuss and, if you go ahead, provide our lead-generation service to you;
• Contact you about your enquiry by phone, email or WhatsApp.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other roofing businesses.

3. Our lawful basis

We rely on your consent (you chose to contact us) and our legitimate interests (responding to enquiries and running our business) as the lawful basis for handling your information. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us (see section 8).

4. Who else is involved

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the website and handle enquiries. They only process your information on our behalf:

• Formspree — delivers your contact-form details to our inbox. See their privacy policy at formspree.io.
• WhatsApp / Meta — if you choose to message us on WhatsApp, your message is handled by WhatsApp under their own privacy policy.
• Netlify — hosts this website and may process basic technical data such as your IP address in its server logs.

Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where your information is transferred abroad, it is protected by appropriate safeguards as required by UK data protection law.

5. Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond to you and, if you become a customer, for as long as we work together plus any period required by law. If you do not become a customer, we will delete your details within 24 months of your last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
